في لفتة تعكس تقدير القيادة السياسية للمقامات الأكاديمية والخبرات الوطنية الرفيعة في مصر، أصدر السيد رئيس الجمهورية قراراً جمهورياً بتعيين الأستاذ الدكتور أسامة محمد الفولي، محافظ الإسكندرية الأسبق وعميد كلية الحقوق الأسبق بجامعة الإسكندرية، عضوًا بالمجلس التخصصي للتنمية الاقتصادية التابع لرئاسة الجمهورية.
ومن جانبه، تقدم الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد عادل عبد الحكيم، القائم بأعمال رئيس جامعة الإسكندرية، بخالص التهانى القلبية وأجمل الأمنيات والتبريكات للدكتور أسامة الفولي، بمناسبة صدور هذا القرار الجمهوري الثمين وثقة القيادة السياسية الغالية.
وأكد الدكتور أحمد عادل عبد الحكيم أن اختيار الدكتور أسامة الفولي لهذا المنصب الحيوي يعد تتويجاً حقيقياً لما يمتلكه سيادته من خبرات أكاديمية، وإدارية، وقانونية واقتصادية رفيعة المستوى، فضلاً عن مسيرته الحافلة بالعطاء وإسهاماته البارزة والممتدة في خدمة الوطن عبر مختلف المواقع التي تقلدها.
كما أعرب القائم بأعمال رئيس الجامعة عن خالص تمنياته لسيادته بدوام التوفيق والسداد في أداء مهامه الوطنية الجديدة، مؤكداً ثقته الكاملة في أن يسهم الدكتور الفولي بخبراته العميقة ورؤيته الثاقبة في دعم وتوجيه جهود الدولة المصرية الرامية إلى تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة وأهداف التنمية المستدامة.
Presidential Decree Appoints Prof. Osama El-Fouly as Member of the Specialized Council for Economic Development, Alexandria University Congratulates Him

In a gesture reflecting the political leadership’s appreciation for highly distinguished academic statures and national expertise in Egypt, a Presidential Decree has been officially issued appointing Prof. Dr. Osama Mohamed El-Fouly, former Governor of Alexandria and former Dean of the Faculty of Law at Alexandria University, as a member of the Specialized Council for Economic Development under the Presidency of the Republic.
In this regard, Dr. Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim, Acting President of Alexandria University, extended his warmest heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Prof. Dr. Osama El-Fouly on the issuance of this prestigious presidential decree and the invaluable trust bestowed upon him by the political leadership.
Dr. Abdel Hakim emphasized that the selection of Prof. El-Fouly for this vital post serves as a true culmination of his highly distinguished academic, administrative, and legal-economic expertise, as well as his prolific career dedicated to national service across the various prominent positions he has successfully held.
