       الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي يتلقى اتصالا هاتفيا من رئيسة الوزراء الإيطالية

تلقى السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي اتصالاً هاتفياً من رئيسة الوزراء الإيطالية “جورجيا ميلوني”، حيث تم تناول سبل تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية في مختلف المجالات بما يتفق مع العلاقة المتميزة والتاريخية بين البلدين، وبما يدعم المصالح المشتركة بينهما في ظل الأوضاع الدولية والإقليمية الجارية.

كما تناول الاتصال أيضاً تطورات الأوضاع الإقليمية، وما تشهده المنطقة من تصعيد، حيث استعرض السيد الرئيس الجهود المصرية للتواصل مع كافة الأطراف للدفع تجاه وقف إطلاق النار في قطاع غزة، بما يحمي المنطقة من اتساع رقعة الصراع، مشيراً إلى جهود مصر لإدخال المساعدات الإغاثية لأهالي القطاع، ومؤكداً ضرورة إحراز تقدم ملموس على صعيد التهدئة ودفع مسار حل الدولتين.

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received a phone call from Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni.

The call tackled ways to foster closer bilateral relations across various fields, to be commensurate with the historical and outstanding relations between the two countries and in a way that reinforces their common interests, in light of the current challenging regional and international situations.

The President and the Italian Prime Minister also discussed the developments and ongoing escalation in the region. President El-Sisi reviewed Egypt’s efforts to engage with all parties to push for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, so as to spare the region from an expansion of the scope of the conflict. The President highlighted Egypt’s efforts to deliver desperately needed humanitarian aid and relief to the people of the Gaza Strip. President El-Sisi emphasized the vital necessity to make tangible progress in efforts to restore calm and advance the path of the two-state solution.
